QHow do we start making a video?+

First, we need to learn as much as we can about you, what your business or organization does, why you do it, why you want to make a video and what kind of video you want to make.

The perfect place to begin is to contact us, share some initial information, fill out our Questionnaire, and schedule a meeting.

Once we have a clear understanding of the expected length, style, content, and purpose of your video, we can create a proposal which outlines the estimated time and cost involved.

To officially initiate your project we invoice half of the total cost upfront, and the remaining half is billed once the video is finalized.

QHow much does it cost to produce a video?+

All of our projects are priced on an individual basis depending on the scope of work involved. Our standard level pricing starts at $2500 for 60-90 seconds.

We can always be flexible with pricing and cater to whatever our clients need. In the end, your project quote is a reflection of the time, attention, energy, and resources dedicated to your project and the level of quality reflected in the script, audio, visual design, and animation.

QCan I ask for revisions?+

During the script writing phase we allow for unlimited revisions because the script should be near perfect before we move forward.

Revisions for Voice Overs are included but vary by project. Typically one full re-read is included, but script changes after recording are not. We rarely have to charge any of our clients extra for audio, and as long as the request isn’t extreme, any increase would be relatively small.

During the Visual Design and Animation phases, we provide 3 full rounds of revisions in each phase.

This helps encourage comprehensive feedback and should be plenty to incorporate any edits. Revising previously approved material is an added cost and so are extensive alterations. We have to cover these stipulations, but we rarely ever increase our clients’ quotes.

Clear communication is the best way to ensure we have a full understanding of what you want from your video and helps avoid revisions, cost increases, and schedule delays.

QHow long will it take to finish my video?+

Project timelines vary depending on the length and complexity of the video, client interaction, and the number and extent of revisions. Our project schedules are structured to include frequent correspondence and feedback. Schedules also include the expected time frame for edits and a small cushion for unexpected circumstances.

After our initial consultation, we will send a project proposal with details on pricing and delivery. We do accept strict deadlines depending on our work flow, but this involves placing priority on your project and is priced accordingly. If you have a rigid timeline, you can contact us to talk about our availability, and we can likely meet it!

QWhat payment options do you accept?+

We accept Paypal, all major credit cards, mailed checks and wire transfers.

Typically, we seek payment in two installments, initiation and completion. We’re always willing to discuss breaking payments into further milestones, and we also offer the option to send a small down payment to begin brainstorming and script writing before fully committing to the project.
